1.安乐死是否正当的问题,不仅在法学界,医学界是一个争论不休的问题,就是在社会上也上是一个热门话题,事实上,就是在法律上接受并承认安乐死的国家,其安乐死标准和范围也是不容易确定的.

Should  euthanasia be made legal question,not only in the legal science,the medical area is an argument continuous question,in the society,it also is a hot topic.In fact,although in the countries which have made euthanasia legal,it is hard to difine the euthanasia or give a standard.

2.一旦安乐死立法,随之而来的社会问题将多如牛毛,无法迅速地一一解决.而且,我们很难给安乐死设定一个道德底线

Once the euthanasia be made legal,there will be numerous socious problems followed,and we won’t able to solve them rapidly.Moreover,it is difficult to establish a moral agent fot the euthanasia.

针对辩方论点的反驳

1.人有生的权利,也有死的权利

能否防止安乐死被滥用,如果不能就免谈,就不存在有尊严活着等道德层面的讨论,我不相信这东西不会被滥用。跟抗生素、心脑手术一样，国人来什么新玩意就滥用什么新玩意。要是真的通过了就有好戏看了。个选择安乐死在当前来说，它是一个历史阶段的产物。因为它是在医学科学发展，就是还不是很发达的阶段会有这种问题。第二个就是当这个病人有的要求安乐死的还存在一个他自己的心理压力问题。比方说对于疾病的恐惧，对于家庭亲属的这种怜惜。因为他给家属增加很大负担。这些都可以造成他心理的压力，造成他要求这种死亡。

Now I wanna know,can we prevent the euthanasia be abused?If not,how come we can say we that we use the euthanasia just for living with diginity?I don’t think this stuff won’t be abused.Like the antibiotic and the operation of heart brain.Chinese life concern association’s secretary general luo ji lan said,the euthanasia is the offspring of the history.Owing to the progress of the medicent ,it is unmature .Second, some patients who asking for authanasia are often under the pressure of the disease and the family who they love,all these reasons can cause they request of euthanasia.

我记得《南方周末》曾经有一篇关于安乐死的报道，其中谈到过国家一直不同意允许安乐死的部分原因，是考虑到很多生活在农村或者生活水平比较低的地区的群众。举个例子，比如一个农村的老人得到了不治之症，以现在的医疗价格，老人的一场病就能掏空掏穷整个家庭，甚至让全家几年之后仍然负债累累，如果政府允许了安乐死，那会给这个生病的老人多少压力，肯定会有恶媳或愚子之类的整天埋怨，怨因为他一个人把整个家庭拖垮了，肯定会有人迫于来自家庭或者亲戚朋友的压力，明明不想安乐死却被迫选择死亡。我觉得以中国的国情，这真的是太可能了，所以我也不太赞成。但是看到那么多病人很痛苦，也...唉，矛盾啊..

I remrembered that the newspaper south weekend had an article said”considering some poor families in countries,the government can not agree to made the euthanasia legal.For example,unfortunately,one countryside old person who suffers from incurable disiease,and it is hard to pay for the medical treatment,it can make the family in debet.Some of his family and relative will complain it.If the government permitted the euthanasia,the old man will be forced to received the euthanasia,absolutely,it is wicked.If the government permitte euthanasia,it is the same way of permitting the the young one can not support the elder generation.

2.安乐死是优化人群

它绝对不是，优化人群靠的是什么，是自然科学，靠的是社会科学的不断发展来优化人群。安乐死只是仁慈杀人，变相杀人，如果安乐死合法，那只会让更多的医生有逃避医治病人的心理和借口，那样是不人道的，而且还会阻碍科技的发展，阻碍社会文明的发展。

Absolutly not,do you know what is the optimizing the crowd?The optimizing crow should depend on the nature science and the social sciences.Euthanasia is the mercy killing.If the euthanasia is legitimate ,it will make the doctors escape the curing or lose the passion of advancing the medical treatment.That’s not humantic.Moreover,it will also block the society civilization development.
